Privacy policy

In short

The website sets no tracking cookies and uses no audience analytics tool. The only personal information we collect is what you voluntarily send us through the submission form, so that we can call you back.

Contact form

What we collect, and why

When you fill out the submission form, we receive: your name, your phone number, your email, the city of the building, the type of service, the desired timeline and the description of your project.

This information is used only to answer your request: call you back, assess whether the project matches our services and, where applicable, prepare a meeting or a quote. It is used for no other purpose, is not sold and is not used to send promotional communications.

You give your consent by ticking the box provided before sending. You may withdraw it at any time by reaching us at the contact details above; we will then delete your request.

Who has access

Your request is relayed by the Formspree service (Formspree, Inc., United States), which forwards it to the company's email inbox, hosted by Google. These providers process the data on our behalf and under their own privacy policies. The information may therefore be communicated outside Quebec; we choose providers that offer adequate protection.

Internally, only the people in charge of answering requests have access to it. We do not communicate your information to any other third party, unless required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for as long as it takes to follow up on it. If a project follows, the information needed for the file is kept for the duration of the business relationship and the applicable legal periods. Otherwise, the request is deleted within twelve months, or sooner at your request.

Technical data and providers

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States). Like any host, Vercel records technical logs (IP address, page requested, browser) for security and proper operation, for a limited time.

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts servers: your browser then transmits its IP address to Google to obtain the font files. No other third-party resource is loaded.

The website stores a single technical marker in your browser, with no personal information, so as not to replay the opening animation on every page. It disappears when the tab is closed.

Your rights

At any time, you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected if it is inaccurate, withdraw your consent or ask for its deletion. Send your request to the person in charge, at the contact details above; we answer within thirty days.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).

Security and changes

Exchanges with the website are encrypted (HTTPS). We never ask for financial information through the form.

This policy may be updated. The date at the top of the page indicates the version in force; any significant change will be flagged there.
