Where we work

Our territory is limited, and that is a choice we stand behind. A well-run site means being there at first light and being able to come back the same evening. Beyond a certain radius, that availability becomes a promise nobody keeps, and it is the execution of your project that suffers, long before the schedule does.

Knowing an area isn't geography

It's knowing how the buildings there were put up, and what the municipality allows.

01

The age of the foundations

From one area to the next, the way the load travels down to the ground has nothing in common. A Montreal plex, a Laval split-level and a cottage on stilts raise three different questions, and call for three different methods.

02

What the city accepts

Every municipality draws its own line between repair work and new construction, and every borough reads a file its own way. We know those lines where we work, and we take them into account from the first sketch.

03

Response time

Inside our radius, we are at your place in the morning and we can come back at the end of the day. That is what lets us redo on the spot whatever isn't up to par, with no discussion and no delay.

So, what are we working on?

Eight questions, two minutes. We call you back to talk it through, and we tell you frankly whether it's a project for us or whether you'd be better served elsewhere.
