Interior and residential renovation
In Mascouche, the typical house is twenty to thirty years old. It was built for a family that no longer exists: the children have grown, the closed kitchen has had its day and the basement serves as storage. So the residential renovation we carry out here is almost never cosmetic. It reopens the volumes, redoes the kitchen and bathrooms, and takes back the lower storey.
We work with our own crews, from drywall to cabinetry. And without subcontracting: the plasterer, the plumber and the cabinetmaker who walk into your home are the same from the first day to the last.

House additions
Additions are the fastest-growing request in the area, because moving now costs more than building on. An annex at the back, a room over the garage, a full storey: the question is not whether it can be done, but what the existing foundation and structure agree to carry.
So that is where we start. The OIQ-member engineer we work with seals the plans, our partner architect prepares the permit application with the City of Mascouche, and we build: formwork, foundation, framing, envelope, then the interior finish down to the cabinets. One point of contact, from the hole in the ground to the last handle!

Retaining walls, formwork and foundations
A leaning retaining wall, a cracking foundation, formwork to pour for an annex or a garage: that is structure, and structure is our core trade. A retaining wall that gives way is almost never a concrete problem. It is a drainage and bearing problem: water pushes from behind, frost heaves, and the wall follows.
So we tackle the problem from below: drain, backfill, footing, then the wall. For formwork on a multi-unit building, we study the file before committing, because multi-unit formwork is planned with the engineer, not with a calculator.
Commercial renovation
Offices, a service space, a showroom: commercial renovation in Mascouche answers to a constraint residential work doesn't have, time. Every week on site is a week without customers. So we plan these jobs in tight phases, with built-in furniture made ahead in our workshop to shorten installation.
