We don't do everything. We do six things, and we do them with the same people. A project that spans three of these services is still one job site, with one person in charge.
01Turnkey projectYou hand us the keys, we hand them back when it's done. Plans, permits, coordination of the engineer, every trade, finishing.02Open concept and structureOpening a load-bearing wall in a plex, a house or a condo. It isn't a demolition, it's a load transfer.03Basements and foundationsFixing the bottom of the house before living in it. Drain, crack, headroom, and only then the finishing.04BathroomsWe redo everything, down to the structure. We don't refresh.05Exterior structuresAdditions, annexes, porches, decks. A foundation project before it's a carpentry project.06Custom cabinetryOur workshop. It's the original trade and it's what gives the company its name.
