Always in collaboration with an OIQ engineer when the structure is involved, an architect when municipal regulations are at stake, a designer when your ideas are hard to project into reality. That way, every client gets from us exactly the product they imagined, not a simplified version imposed by site constraints that are blamed far too often.

Coordinating the engineer
As soon as your project touches the structure, an engineer who is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec analyzes the building and seals the plans. We coordinate their mandate, carry the permit application, and execute their plans to the letter. It is the law, and above all it protects the value of your building the day you sell it.
Collaborations
We work with the architects, technologists and designers you have already chosen. And when you have none, we connect you with those who have worked alongside us for years. A plan thought through up front will save you far more than it costs you.
A team, not an address book
Our tradespeople are on our payroll, and they are the same from the first day of your site to the last. That is what lets us hold a standard without renegotiating it at every stage, and redo on the spot whatever is not up to par.
What you already see
A kitchen open onto the living room. A bathroom with a curbless shower. A cottage to spend the winter in. You do not come to us with a structural problem: you come with a picture, and that picture is what we have to deliver.
Where our work begins
This is where the wall turns out to be load-bearing, where the municipality produces its zoning by-law, where the duct runs through the neighbour's ceiling. And this is precisely where many will offer to shrink your project, because shrinking it takes less effort than solving it.
We look for it first
Sometimes it does not exist, and we tell you so on the first call. Most of the time it does exist, but it takes more steps, more coordination and more patience than the usual method. That is exactly what you are paying us for.

The same tradespeople, start to finish
Alexandre St-Amour is the third generation in his trade. His grandfather did it, his father did it. ASA has existed since 2013.
The team that comes into your home is the one that was leaving the previous site. It is not a list of subcontractors assembled according to the week's availability. The difference shows above all the day something is not up to par: a subcontractor has executed their purchase order and is already elsewhere, while a multidisciplinary team redoes the work on the spot, with no discussion and no delay.
It is also what makes a schedule credible. When the same people go from demolition to structure to rough plumbing to finishing, there is no dead time between two contractors who have never spoken to each other, and your calendar stops being a hypothesis.
